La Cultura Vive En Brownsville, an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting Tejano and Conjunto music traditions, hosted its 9th Annual Texas Best High School Students Conjunto Music Competition on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Our very own "La Garra De Valley View" proudly represented our school and earned a Division “Excellent” rating for their performance. Congratulations to all our talented conjunto members and their director, Mr. Homero Gracia, for their hard work and dedication to keeping this vibrant musical tradition alive!
