ECC 10th-grade students participated in a police training session on proper conduct during traffic stops. The presentation, led by the City of Hidalgo PD, covered essential guidelines for ensuring safety and respectful interactions with law enforcement. Students gained valuable insights on their rights, responsibilities, and best practices when pulled over. A special thank you to Officer J. Gonzalez, Investigator A. De La Garza, and Lieutenant R. Cantu for sharing their expertise and engaging our students in this important discussion. We also appreciate our Counselor, Ms. Treviño, for her efforts in preparing for this event.
